ABSTRACT:
The device comprises a system for unwinding a portion of the web material from the log R, and a system for rewinding the tail end on the log after application of an adhesive. Moreover, a folding member21is provided, to fold the tail end and form a fold of web material defining a portion for gripping and detaching the folded loose end from the roll.
