A device and method for bending a metallic strip (1), particularly for manufacturing die cutting blades. The bending tools (20, 30) are capable of being rotated about a common axis (15) and wherein each tool (20, 30) is further capable of being rotated about its own axis (25, 35) of rotation which is different from each others (15, 25, and35).
