A developing cartridge12includes a housing43which has a peripheral surface and two end faces formed on both sides of the peripheral surface, and a toner containing space45which is formed in the housing and which contains toner47therein. A communication hole61is formed on a periphery surface of the developing cartridge12. The communication hole61is sealed by a sticker63which has minute holes for allowing air to flow and preventing the toner47from passing through.
