ABSTRACT:
This composition includes 50 to 85% by weight water, 10 to 25% relatively non-volatile inert organic solvent, 0.1 to 5% of a medium foamer detergent and 5 to 15% of a N-alkyl-2-pyrrolidone lubricant.
