ABSTRACT:
A detachable chemical sprayer for spraying a liquid chemical onto a field as said sprayer is moved over the field. The detachable sprayer includes a frame, structure attached to the frame for detachably mounting the frame on a vehicle for carrying the detachable sprayer over the field, a cartridge mounted on the frame for holding a quantity of chemicals to be sprayed, a sensor for sensing the speed at which the sprayer is moving over the field, and overall drive structure operatively coupled to the sensor and to the cartridge for varying the output of the cartridge in proportion to the speed at which the sprayer is being moved over the field.
