ABSTRACT:
Compounds which are derivatives of 2-amino-5-(o-sulphamidophenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol of formula ##STR1## wherein R is a hydrogen atom or a --CH.sub.3, --C.sub.2 H.sub.5, iso--C.sub.3 H.sub.7, n--C.sub.4 H.sub.9 or --CH.sub.2 --CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 group and R.sub.1 is a hydrogen atom or a --CH.sub.3 or --C.sub.2 H.sub.5 group, are active agents against virus infections in higher animal organisms.
