The device is comprised of a generally rectangular and elongate wedge-shaped ceramic stone. The stone has a planar front surface and a planar back surface, the surfaces are obliquely positioned with respect to each other. A rounded top lip and a rounded bottom lip join the front surface and the back surface. The top surface has a groove, semicircular in cross-section, extending lengthwise.
