ABSTRACT:
A delta sigma (also called sigma delta) analog-to-digital converter circuit has an integrator input couplable to an analog signal and has a clocked controller generating a converted digital output representing the analog signal. An offset circuit that is pulse width modulated generates an offset current to the integrator input that electronically offsets the frequency of noise in the converted output.
