A frame extends forwardly from the enclosure. A hinge connector near a forward end of the frame hingedly connects the delimber to the tractor for upward and downward pivoting. A cable receiver is located near a top portion of the enclosure. A hydraulic damping cylinder is connected near a first end to the delimber and extends upwardly and forwardly therefrom. The cylinder has a clasp near a second end of the cylinder for connecting the cylinder to the tractor above the hinge connector.
