ABSTRACT:
An apparatus has a housing being attached on a rear portion of a toilet seat which is pivotally mounted to a toilet bowl. The housing has a front portion deposited in front of a pivot axis of the toilet seat and an upper and lower chamber deposited behind the pivot axis. The front portion and the upper and lower chambers communicating with each other to allow liquid to flow therein to delay and actuate a rising movement of the toilet seat.
