ABSTRACT:
Aluminium fluoride hydrates, especially aluminium fluoride trihydrate, are dehydrated by a process involving dehydration in two sections, the first dehydration being effected in a disc dryer while observing certain process conditions and the second dehydration being effected in a fluidized bed at a temperature up to 600.degree. C.
