ABSTRACT:
Dimethyl-4,4'-dimethoxy-5,6,5',6'-dimethylenedioxybiphenyl-2,2'-dicarboxyla te (DDB), a synthetic analogue of Schizandrin C, is a useful chemotherapeutic agent for the treatment of BEL-7402 human hepatocarcinoma when used in combination with 6-mercaptopurine.
