ABSTRACT:
In a transmitting apparatus101,there are provided PLL circuit601for generating high-speed clock signals up to 2mtimes (m being a positive integer) from a basic clock signal, and a clock generating circuit600for generating a communication clock signal (S-CLOCK) and a reception timing signal (S-LATCH*) as independent clocks of any time length with using the generated high-speed clock signal as the smallest unit.
