A damper device includes a shaft2inserted relatively rotatably into an axial hole1aprovided in a bearing portion1. A high flexible resin portion3is provided between an outer circumferential surface of the shaft2and an inner surface of the axial hole1a. A recess portion4, with which the high flexible resin portion3contacts, and into which the high flexible resin portion3bites by relative rotation of the shaft2to the bearing portion1, is provided in either one or both of the inner surface of the axial hole1aand the outer circumferential surface of the shaft2.
