ABSTRACT:
A human cytostatin I polypeptide an DNA encoding such polypeptide and a procedure for producing such polypeptide by recombinant techniques is disclosed. Also disclosed are methods for utilizing such polypeptide for the treatment of cancers, particularly breast cancer, leukemias, and other matastases.
