ABSTRACT:
The present invention relates to methods to identify modulators of integrin binding and/or signalling activity. Specifically the invention relates to a method to identify compounds which can alter the interaction between the cytoplasmic domain of a .beta..sub.1 integrin and a proteasome subunit protein.
