ABSTRACT:
Cyclic bis-dicarboximides are employed as electron transport agents in photoconductor elements. Such compounds are characterized by the formula: ##STR1## wherein: R.sup.1 and R.sup.2, which may be the same or different, represent aryl, or aryl substituted with alkyl, alkoxy, perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkoxy groups having 2 to 20 carbon atoms; sulfonyl; sulfone; sulfonamide; nitrile; or nitro groups;
