ABSTRACT:
New cyanoalkene derivatives of the formula (I) ##STR1## are described, in which R and R.sup.1 have the meaning given in the description, and a process for their preparation.
The new cyanoalkene derivatives are used for combating microorganisms for the protection of industrial materials.
