ABSTRACT:
A guillotine-type cutter blade cuts sheets such as papers, metallic plates, etc. The cutter blade is provided at the back face with a flank which is inclined at an angle of 1.degree. to 7.degree. with respect to the moving direction of the cutter so as not to be in contact with the cut surface of the sheets, thereby preventing formation of a built-up edge.
