ABSTRACT:
A new type of cutting blade with handle for making designs in food products, such as hot dogs, to facilitate the addition of other materials to the food product, and to facilitate cooking and decoration, comprising an elongated thin metal blade with handle, said blade having a top and bottom edge and cutting width, and said blade being bent in a plurality of alternate directions so as to form an unique design on cutting, the bottom edge of the blade having a cutting edge with a plurality of indentations which prevent the blade from forming a complete cut along the bottom edge of the blade, and a method for using the new blade to form unique designs along food material, such as hot dogs, and facilitate the addition of other material thereto.
