ABSTRACT:
A custom dental tray is prepared by a dentist who manually works a soft dough-like composition of polycaprolactone polymer onto a stone dental cast and allows the polymer to harden to form the custom dental tray. The polycaprolactone polymer has an average molecular weight of from about 35,000 to about 60,000 and a crystalline melting point of from about 120.degree. F. to about 160.degree. F. and which is hard at temperatures of up to about 105.degree. F.
