ABSTRACT:
In a wire pair120including a first signal line120aand a second signal line120b, the first signal line120aand the second signal line120bare laid out so that they have substantially the same stray capacitance. Two output terminals of a measured device1000and an input terminal of a differential amplifier110are connected together by the wire pair120. Thus, noise included in the first signal line120aand noise included in the second signal line120bbecome common-mode noise, which are canceled out by the differential amplification of the differential amplifier110.
