ABSTRACT:
The preferred reforming and/or benzene production catalyst is an intermediate pore size zeolite which has a high degree of crystallinity and a small crystallite size. The reforming or benzene production process using the catalyst is preferably run without added hydrogen, and at low pressures and temperatures.
