ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to polymers which comprise at least partially cross-linked main chains constructed from repeat units of the general formula Iand possibly repeat units of the general formula IIand also possibly repeat units comprising five- or six-membered aza aromatics or nitrogen-containing heterocycles. Polymers of this type are used as additive in electroplating baths since these enable a better layer thickness distribution of the electroplated layer.
