The crank pin and the eccentric are made in a single metal piece and the elongate tubular part is constituted by a separate tubular metal piece. The face of the eccentric which is turned towards the tubular piece and the corresponding end of this piece have respective annular formations engaged and retained one in the other by means of welding or glueing.
