ABSTRACT:
A coupon document enables a user to reveal one of two coupons in a manner which causes the other coupon to be destroyed. The document comprises first and second panels held together along their outer peripheral edges by releasable glue. Each panel has a hidden inner side on which coupon indicia is imprinted. Each panel includes a pull strip which, when pulled off, destroys the coupon indicia on the respective panel while enabling the coupon indicia on the other panel to be revealed.
