ABSTRACT:
Filled thermoplastic resin composites are provided containing a novel coupling agent selected from the group consisting of mono-,di- and tri-long chain fatty acid esters of C.sub.1 to C.sub.36 mono and polyhydric alcohols.
The coupling agents are particularly effective bonding agents for calcium carbonate filled thermoplastic resins for which previously used coupling agents, such as organosilanes, proved ineffective.
