Cosmetic or dermatological preparations comprising(I) one or more surface-active substances chosen from the group(Ia) of alkyl glucosides(Ib) of the disaccharides esterified with one or more fatty acid residues(II) one or more surface-active substances chosen from the group(IIa) of glycerol esters of saturated or unsaturated fatty acids(IIb) of glycol esters of saturated or unsaturated fatty acids(IIc) of one or more fatty alcohols chosen from the group of branched and unbranched alkyl alcohols having 12 to 40 carbon atoms(III) a water phase(IV) from 0 to 5% by weight of a lipid phase, based on the total weight of the preparations.
