A composition comprising a combination of:
(a) at least one film-forming polymer;
(b) at least one citric acid ester of formula (I): ##STR1## in which: R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 independently represent H or a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.30 alkyl chain or a saturated or unsaturated cyclic C.sub.3 -C.sub.30 alkyl chain, wherein at least one of R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 is not a hydrogen atom,
