ABSTRACT:
Cosmetic composition or cosmetic composition carrier comprising an aqueous microdispersion of particles containing at least one wax, the said particles being solid up to a temperature equal to at least -30.degree. C., the said particles containing, in addition, a lipophilic hydrofluorocarbon organic compound such that the proportion of the number of fluorine atoms with respect to the total number of fluorine and hydrogen atoms linked to the carbon atoms in the molecule of the said compound is equal to at least 10% and is not greater than 90%.
Application of the said composition, in particular, for making up eyelashes or hair care.
