ABSTRACT:
A corrosion resistant member has a chemical conversion treatment film with a two-layer structure formed atop a metal substrate plated with zinc or zinc alloy plating. The two-layer structure comprises a lower layer containing Cr formed on the surface of the plating and an upper layer containing SiO2.
