ABSTRACT:
An operating panel of a copying apparatus including an operation mode for setting a function selected from a plurality of functions of the copying apparatus. The operating panel includes a display surface provided with a touch panel sensor device. By manipulating the display surface, the function can be designated and the designation can be cancelled. The designated function is deleted from the display surface. Inputs relating to the designated function are made inefficient so that the function becomes inoperative.
