ABSTRACT:
In order to appropriately control the temperature state of multiple equipment having differing management temperatures, while preventing complication of the apparatus structure, a cooling apparatus for a hybrid vehicle is provided with a seventh flow path30gwhich flows coolant which has flowed only through a main flow path22aof a radiator22to a water jacket25via a first thermostat23which has an induction temperature set relatively high; an eighth flow path30hwhich flows coolant which has flowed through the main flow path22aand a sub flow path22bof the radiator22to the water jacket25via a second thermostat24which has an induction temperature set relatively low, and also supplies the coolant to a PDU14and a downverter15; and a bypass flow path30jwhich connects a fifth flow path30ewhich supplies coolant discharged from the water jacket25to the radiator22, and a position of the eighth flow path30hon a downstream side of the second thermostat24.
