A cook-off resistant booster explosive comprising a mixture of 1,3,5-triao-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene, with a second explosive selected from the group consisting of cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (RDX), cyclotetramethylenetetranitramine (HMX), and mixtures thereof, and a compatible binder.
