ABSTRACT:
A computer is connected to VTR units and a CRT monitor through lines. Each of the computer and the units to be controlled thereby is provided with a clock means for sharing the same time. The computer sends to the VTR unit a command for releasing record pause state and starting the record operation at time T1. After the VTR unit started the record operation, when the counter value became x, the VTR unit sends time Tx to the computer. The computer computes formula
