ABSTRACT:
A flashing device that emits light toward an object, in which a condenser for supplying electricity to a light emitting member is charged by a charging circuit. A timer is provided for measuring a charging period of time necessitated for charging the condenser to at least a predetermined voltage. A charging prohibit period is determined in accordance with the charging period measured by the timer. The charging of the condenser is prohibited for the determined period of time after the light emitting member emits light. Further, the charging prohibit period is compensated in accordance with the voltage of the power source for supplying electricity to the charging circuit.
