ABSTRACT:
A control surface for a vehicle comprising a flexible elastomeric body with ts base joined to the vehicle to form a smooth surface, a rigid tip bar joined to the distal end of the body, and a control member for turning the rigid tip bar to bend the elastomeric body and generate lift. The control member can be a shaft which extends from the interior of the vehicle to said rigid tip bar to allow said shaft to rotate said tip bar.
