Booster means11for transmitting a force acting on a piston10to a valve stem9on amplification comprises pivotal members25each supported by casings7, 8so as to hold an outer end and an inner end thereof in contact with an outer peripheral portion of the piston10and a flange portion22aformed on the valve stem9respectively from below and to be pivotally movable about a horizontal rod26positioned closer to the inner end. Metal bellows16are provided between an outer peripheral portion of the casing top wall8aand the outer peripheral portion of the piston10for sealing off a compressed air admitting space.
