A control box10according to the present invention has at least one electric device12and fan unit17inside a case11. In the case11, a dividing board15divides a room into two rooms which include a heated room30, close to the electric device12, and a ventilated room31. First and second openings24B,24A open the heated and Ventilated rooms30,31to the outside of the case11, respectively. The fan unit17is disposed on a window penetrating the dividing board15and feeds air from one of two rooms to another.
