ABSTRACT:
A control and signal arrangement for respirators which includes a service or supply block provided with bores for receiving a pressure reducer and/or an alarm mechanism. The pressure reducer and/or the alarm mechanism are fashioned as individual detachably mounted modules. The supply or service block communicates with a compressed gas reservoir with at least one supply bore being provided in the supply block for communicating the compressed gas reservoir with the pressure reducer and/or the alarm mechanism. The pressure reducer module and/or the alarm mechanism module includes radial bores which function as gas supply bores. The radial bores terminate in continuous grooves extending around the individual modules whereby the modules can be inserted into the supply block independently of any specific angular position.
