ABSTRACT:
A continuous mailing form includes one or more sheets of individual form parts secured together along spaced transverse tear lines. The or each sheet has a designated addressee area on each form part, and, where there is more than one sheet, the sheets are secured together with the addressee areas in registry. One of the sheets has a predetermined detachable area comprising a return postcard. A blow-on label is detachably secured to the addressee area on each form part of one of the sheets, for receiving address information and reproducing it on the underlying addressee area of the underlying sheet or sheets. The label can be peeled off and attached to an item to be mailed along with the return postcard.
