For miniaturizing a power supply structure to absorb slack of a wire harness and improving bending durability, a continuous electric power supply device1includes a wire harness3formed to have a loop portion4, an elastic member6along the loop portion4, the elastic member energizing the loop portion to expand in a radial direction. The loop portion4and the elastic member6are disposed in a protector2. The protector has a opening13for leading the harness and a guide portion7for supporting the loop portion4at a position opposite to the opening13. The elastic member, flat spring6can have a length forming a loop shape to intersect itself.
