ABSTRACT:
A valve lid structure includes a valve member mounted fixedly within a container outlet neck permitting one-way flow through the outlet neck of the container. The valve is formed with a sealing outer wall secured within the outlet neck having a spring-biased door plate permitting one-way flow therethrough. The invention is arranged to further include a shroud member removably mounted relative to an upper end of the valve portion upon projection from the outlet neck of the container.
