ABSTRACT:
An apparatus including a lid for securement to an underlying container, wherein the lid includes a plurality of pivotally mounted linkages to permit tensioning and untensioning from associated springs to permit ease of mounting and dismounting the lid apparatus relative to the associated container in a locking relationship.
