ABSTRACT:
A construction of a door glass guide in a motor vehicle, comprising a door glass run including a main body of the door glass run secured to a guide portion of a door frame, being opposed to an end edge of a door glass and lips, which are extending from end portions directed to the center of the door glass toward the center of the main body of the door glass run in the widthwise direction thereof and toward the outer periphery of the door frame, being in sliding contact with the glass surfaces at the end edge of the door glass, and guiding the door glass in the opening or closing direction, wherein there is provided a spacer being opposed to at least a portion of the door glass run in the longitudinal direction, disposed between one of the lips and the main body of the door glass run in the rear of the lip in the direction of the thickness of the door glass, and regulating the deformation of the lip in the widthwise direction of the door glass run.
