ABSTRACT:
A constant voltage circuit obtains an accurate constant voltage output by reducing the influence of channel length modulation effect of a MOS transistor. A current mirror circuit having two P-channel MOS transistors and two N-channel MOS transistors is added in addition to a main circuit having three P-channel MOS transistors, two N-channel MOS transistors and two resistors. The part of the voltage of the main circuit is input to the current mirror circuit, the output of the current mirror circuit is fed back to the main circuit, and a constant voltage is obtained as the output of the main circuit.
