The headrest side unit41includes a second connector43. The guiding mechanism60includes a guiding rib62and a guiding groove63. The guiding rib62is projected from an outer wall of the first connector4. The guiding groove63is concaved from an inner wall of the second connector43. When the connectors4, 43are connected to each other, the guiding rib62is inserted into the guiding groove63to position the connectors4, 43around respective axes of the connectors4, 43.
