ABSTRACT:
During non-use of tank (53), a connector for dispensing liquid from the tank has no portion projecting from the tank, keeps the tank in its sealed condition, and makes no disturbance. Provided in drum cap (51) threadably engaged with a neck of the tank are liquid outlet plug installation hole (55) and dual-purpose gas/liquid inlet plug installation hole (56). Siphon tube (59) extending downward to the bottom of the tank is provided inside hole. (55) of liquid plug (57) an upper surface of which does not extend beyond an upper surface of the drumcap. Dual-purpose gas/liquidplug (70) is provided inside the hole (56) not having its upper surface extend beyond the upper surface of the drum cap. Caps (62and75) are detachably fitted in the liquid plug and the gas/liquid plug, respectively, to seal upper openings of these plugs (57and70), respectively.
