ABSTRACT:
An improved male-female type connector assembly. A male connector includes hook elements while a female connector includes a composite of a flexible substrate having a knit structure with loops produced about at least a portion of same. Loop height, loop density and/or configuration of the hook elements may be varied to produce an assembly that is intended for repetitive connective, disconnect operations, or a semi-permanent structural connection.
