ABSTRACT:
A number of the terminal rows RT1to RT3are minimized, as compared to a number of the connect rows RC1to RC4. In the terminal row RT1, the terminal portions304of the signal contact pair C22, C23are arranged between the terminal portions304of the signal contact pair C11, C12and the terminal portions304of the signal contact pair C14, C15. In the terminal row RT3, the terminal portions304of the signal contact pair C42, C43are arranged between the terminal portions304of the signal contact pair C31, C32and the terminal portions304of the signal contact pair C34, C35. Thus, a size of the footprint of the connector100can be reduced, and cross talks between the signal contact pair C11, C12and the signal contact pair C14, C15and between the signal contact pair C31, C32and the signal contact pair C34, C35can be reduced.
